The industry leading body BETA (British Equestrian Trade Association) offers rating systems for body protectors which are intended to offer performance and safety advice to the consumer. The current highest performance standard offered is the level 3, Purple Label standard. This standard is essentially their interpretation of BS EN 13158:2000 and BS EN 13158:2009
